Your account manger will regularly inspect and manage the cleaning at your site
The 5 Star Service includes a manager coming to inspect the cleaning quality at your site at least or more than the agreed amounts of regularity.
- The first visit will be with yourselves.
- The next visit will be with your cleaner where we will inspect and take any agreed action.
- We will give you feedback on agreed action, perform those actions and discuss if anything further comes to light and is needed.
- Back to stage 1.
Your dedicated cleaning manager is also on call to serve you. They will be most eager to promptly find out about and resolve any issues reported to us, or that we discover.
We will send you a copy of each inspection report and the actions with timescales that the manager will take on anything that needs to be done.
If any of your feedback needs us to take further action, we will agree in writing an action plan with timed stages.
Your cleaning manager’s manager, will also always be looking for feedback on your cleaning manager’s performance and we can change your cleaning manager whenever you like.
