With our 5 Star Service, for the first two weeks:

 

• If you are not happy with any clean IT IS TOTALLY FREE!

• If you are not happy at any time, YOU CAN CANCEL WITH ZERO NOTICE DURING THIS TIME

 

After the first two weeks and then for the first year.  IT IS JUST TWO WORKING DAYS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION.

 

Please kindly note that:

 

The free cleans are subject to us being told by 12:30pm the next working day of the issues with the clean.

 

All offers are subject to invoices over past 4 months, or if you started with less than 4 months ago then it is all invoices received, being paid within terms.

 

After 1 year it goes back to the standard contract of 1 month notice of cancellation as we hope you will feel totally comfortable with us by then.

 

Free cleans are for the cleaners and the materials they use for cleaning the premises.  It is not for consumables the occupants of the premises use for cleaning themselves such as toilet rolls, hand soap, hand drying paper towels etc.

 

As we cannot be as sure of TUPE cleaners in the same way as we can our own staff. Sadly the offer of the clean being free if you are not happy with it and the zero cancellation notice offers, cannot be for if any parts of the job has to be done by TUPE cleaners. Of course we do promptly and efficiently train and manage TUPE staff to bring them up to standard. We also perform disciplinary procedures as and when is necessary.
